Averie-2 months old

Averie turned two months old on the 11th. She weighs 11.5 pounds and is 22 inches long. She holds he head up and she is almost rolling over. She loves her baths and gets very mad when I take her out. She only wakes up once or twice a night, but since she is sick she wakes up more often...I am still breast feeding her. She laughs aand smiles, which melts my heart completely. Her and Aiden are my world =)

2 years =)

Aiden turned 2 on the Dec. 4th. The day he turned 2 he got this whole new attitud. Like he can do whatever he wants. He refuses food and naps half the time. He is a booger. We are working on the potty training, it is going alright. Last weekend he was suppose to be napping and Kirk goes in the room and Aiden had pooped in the middle of the room and had smeared it every where.

Ansbach Christmas market

Sunday me and Hidie took Aiden and Averie to the Ansbach christmas market to see the cow cow's, that's what Aiden calls them. He enjoyed seeing the animals, but it was so crowded in there. So we walked around the market a little bit, Aiden had to chocolate covered namanas ( bananas ) and I had some yummy chocolate covered strawberries, kinderpunch and a crepe. I can't eat too many brauts any more because they upset miss Averie's little tummy.

My sweet babies =)

I have to say I love being a mom to two beautiful babies. But it has been hard to adjust. Aiden and I were so use to it being me and him for the longest time. Then daddy came home from deployment and we had to adjust. Then a few months later, we find out we are pregnant. Then his baby sister arrived. He did hit a little jealous stage, but it only took us a few days to get back on track and it helped having my mom and aunt here. But I started including Aiden when I would feed and burp her, if i would pump, Aiden would feed her for a little bit before he would get bored and quite. No matter how I feed her bottle or breast Aiden stops what he is doing to help me burp her. We tell him he is a good big brother. I also have put time aside for Aiden, wether it is cuddling and watching a movie, reading a book or playing with his toys. The only thing I have to tackle now is getting and keeping my house clean.

1 month old!!

Averie is now a month old. In a week and a half Hidie and I are gonna take her and get her ears pierced. She loves her baths, which is completley opposite from Aiden when he was this age. She sleeps a lot better then Aiden did too. She is a little piggy though, she would eat all day if I would let her. I even got Aiden to call her a little fat girl. Aiden loves his little sister.

Averie was born at 12:27 on Oct. 11th 2011, she weighed 3120 grams ( 6.14 lbs ) and 50 cm. I had a waterbirth, which I thought was amazing, it really helped relax me and made the contractions easier to deal with towards the end. This labor only lasted 5 hours from the first contraction until they laid her on my chest. At first she looked like Aiden but now I think she doesn't as much. I love being a mommy. I love Aiden and Averie so much. God truly blessed me with two healthy children =)

My baby shower: 35 weeks!!!

Today was my baby shower and the day that I turned 5 weeks, so only 5 more weeks hopefully less =) It was a lot of fun. we played a few games. Like how many sheets of tp did it take to go around my belly..It took 11 ;) and another was what features I would want her to have, I said kirk's eyes, my nose and ears..kirk you know why not your ears...hehehe. we got some stuff we needed but we do need a little more... So I feel like everything is coming together. Something very different from when I was pregnant with Aiden is that at times I can tell where there is an arm or a leg because it will bulge out, very weird.

Eating like a big boy!!

Today I decided to let Aiden eat his oatmeal by himself because he has been trying to eat dry cereal with a spoon, so I thought he was ready to try. He does pretty good with yogurt. Well he did pretty darn good with oatmeal too. So very proud of him. =)

The lake!!

Sunday we went to this lake about 20 mins away from our house. We wanted to take Buster out there to let him play in the water and it was suppose to be nice. We went there with Scott and Tiffany adn their two dogs,Gizmo and Macy. We all had fun, Aiden actually got in the water, But me or Kirk were always around him. Buster was on the beach most of the time digging for clams. Tiffany found at least 20 and Burried them closer to the shore for the racoons(sp). We were definitley tired, but we had a birthday party to go to after.
