Grandma and Grandpa Cole!!!

Yesterday we my mom and I took Aiden up to suprise Grandma and Grandpa Cole, boy were they ever suprised to see us, I got the biggest hug from papa roger, he was very excited to see Aiden as well. Grandma held him first and she enjoyed him, they noth think that he looks like daddy. Aiden was a little cranky though, because he just wanted to sleep and mommy was waking him up. He was tuoching papa roger's mustache, but he didn't know what to think about it. It was a good little visit but next time it will be better!!

Back home!!

Ok well here is te update, I did get a BWI flight, we got there about 1:30 p.m. on thursday, I bought a ticket to Seattle and it would of left at 8:20 p.m. but some one spilt olive oile in the walk way of the airplane so they had to get it clean before they let us board, so instead of getting to seattle at 11:05 we got there a half hour later. Then to add to everything, before we got off the plane they didn't let us know where to pick up our bags, so i was searching and by the time i figured it out they had lockedmy bag in a room and there was no one to be found to get my bag. So we had to go back to the airport at 5 am because that is when they were supposed to open, but we ended up not getting my bag until 7. So it was a pretty rough morning. But we made it home safeand sound and very tired.

The Waiting Game!!!

Tuesday I began my journey to try and get to the states. I decided to do Space A, well because it is free. I didn't get a flight, but I did meet a really nice family who is try to get back to the states, they offered me a place to stay so I didn't have to pay for a room or call Scott and Tiffany to come get me. Yesterday was a long and tireing day, poor Aiden was such a good baby for mamma, but boy was he worn out by the end of the day. Hopefull I will get a flight today, I will keep everyone updates whether I do or don't. If I catch a BWI flight, I will buy a ticket to Seattle.

Baby Food!!!

Now that Aiden is 6 months old, I get baby food and cereal on WIC. Yesterday I used oneof his WIC checks and got some baby food. Last night he ate bananas and some peas, not sweet peas may I add. He loved the bananas and the peas he gaged as if he was going to spit them up. He is just like his daddy when it comes to eating green beans and peas, any baby food that is green Aiden does't like. He is a very picky baby. With the german baby food, he only likes a select few, so before I head home I am going to buy some and get it shipped to Washington. For lunch today he ate applesauce, which he wasn't to sure about at first, but with more bites, he liked it, then we tried the rest of his peas and I actually got some pics of hi little face.

Yesterday was Aiden's 6 month well baby apt. He now weighs 16.9 lbs and his nearley 26 in long. So he is growing at a pretty good pase. We did find out that he has thrush again, suprise suprise, that's honestly nothing new. When it came time to get his shots, Aiden decided it was nap time, I did try to keep him awake, but when it is an hour and a half past his nap time, there is never any point in trying. He had to get three this time, two in one leg and one in the other. When it came time to lay him down so he could poked at, he started to slightly wake up, then he feel back to sleep, but not for long, with the first little poke he was awake and screaming, it was SO horrible, I wanted to cry with my poor baby. I picked him up, but that did not seem to calm him down right away, it took a good 5 min. and a bottle later to calm this little man down, but so far no fever this time, and he is as happy as can be!

Well yesterday was my 22nd birthday, usually I am excited for it, but yesterday I was dreading it a little bit. For one, my hubby is deployed so it was the second birthday of mine that we were apart, so that made me feel a little depressed. Second, all of the wifeys that I have been hanging out with weren't able to make it, which I understand things come up. Finale reason, I wasn't with my family and friends back home, but the good thing is that I was with my adoptive family. First I went over to Hidie and Charles's and spent 30 mins there, then York and Lidia came over for about an hour. Then I topped the night off with dinner with Scott and Tiffany, Shawn, Carolina and Haley, there 3 year old daughter and Jeanette,Dale and baby Brayden. Those are the people I am closest too so I consider them all family. We went to a little restaurant called Enzo's Pizzeria, it was very good, and Tiffany baked me a very delicous cake, which when Aiden woke up and 2:30 in the morning I decided to eat a piece...yummy, but know I think I just might have to spend a whole day at the gym...But all in all it turned out to be a really good birthday. Oh and my daddy called me, he remembered my birthday, it brought a tear to my eye!

6 months old!!!

I woke up yesterday thinking, I can't believe it has been half a year since I gave birh to my handsome little boy. I try to imagine what my life would be like without him, and I just can't picture it. He complete's me. Before I got back with his daddy and got pregnant with him, I always felt like there was something missing from my life, I wasn't always 100 percent happy. Then when Kirk and I got back together, I felt that my life was coming back together and I was becoming happy again. We had decided to get married, then we found out in May that we would be adding a little life to ours! I was shocked but sooo very happy, the funny thing about it is we both wanted a boy and deep down I had this feeling that God would be blessing us with a beatutiful and healthy little boy. So on December 4th, 2009 at 10:24 a.m. it happened I gave birth to the most precious gift from God, Aiden Roger Cole! He is getting soo big, he now weighs close to 17 lbs, we will fid out fo sure on the 15th at his well baby apt. He can sit up on his own, just a little wobbly, and he can get to other places by using his little butt and feet to scoot. I Love you to pieces Aiden Roger always and forever!!!

Buster's new do!!!

So after having buster for about 9 months, he finally got a hair cut. Boy does he look spiffy...lol. He kinda has this new attidue about him. But he looks about 20 lbs lighter. My Buster doesn't look like a bum anymore a sad but good thing! Here are a few pics of him, oh ya he decided to sniff a snail=)
